Book in advance: Meet & Greet at London Stansted Airport is pre-book only, so remember to book your space in advance.
Park at a drop-off bay: Our state-of-the-art inspection technology automatically scans the condition of your vehicle when you enter, helping to make sure it’s returned as you left it.
Hand in your keys at reception: Lock your vehicle and hand over your keys – an expert Meet & Greet driver will take your vehicle to an official and highly secure on-site car park.
Walk to the terminal: Head straight to check-in – just a 2-minute walk from Meet & Greet parking.

Where is Meet & Greet parking located?

London Stansted Airport Meet & Greet parking is located right next to the terminal. This is easily accessed from the ‘Stansted Airport’ exit of the M11 motorway – simply follow the signs for Meet & Greet.

Directions to Meet & Greet parking

Set Google Maps to London Stansted Airport, and leave the M11 at J8 from the north or J8a from the south.
Follow the signs for London Stansted Airport to the Bassingbourn roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Thremhall Avenue.
At Coopers End roundabout take the 3rd exit, following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks.
Take the 2nd entrance on the left, signposted M&G.

What do I do with my car keys on arrival?

When you arrive at Meet & Greet at London Stansted Airport, just pull into a drop-off bay, hand in your keys at reception, and head straight to check-in.

One of our fully-qualified and insured drivers will take your car to an official and highly secure on-site car park. When you’re due to get back, a Meet & Greet driver will move it out of the secure compound and have it waiting close by for your return. Just pick up your keys from reception, and you’re good to go.

Will my vehicle be driven whilst I am away?

Your vehicle will be driven to an official and highly secure on-site car park, and be driven back for your collection when you return. All of our drivers are fully-qualified and insured, so you can be confident your vehicle is in safe hands while you're away.

Is Meet & Greet suitable for Blue Badge holders

Yes, Meet & Greet is suitable for Blue Badge holders.

What is the vehicle height restriction?

The maximum height for vehicles using the Meet & Greet car park at London Stansted Airport is 2.0 metres (6ft 6 inches).

Are motocycles allowed in Meet & Greet card parks?

Sorry, Meet & Greet parking is not available for motorcycles. Motorcyclists can pre-book a space by contacting our call centre on 02081 638001. Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.

I am having issues with a third party parking provider. What should I do?

We are aware of some recent complaints and incidents relating to certain third party meet and greet car parking operators who are not associated with Stansted Airport in any way.

Stansted Airport is currently taking appropriate steps to address the conduct of these third party operators, including liaising with Trading Standards, local authorities and the police.

Following a high volume of complaints regarding quality and standard of service provided, we strongly discourage passengers from booking with the third party operators below:
