easyJet launches two new routes from London Stansted to Switzerland
As gateways to the French and Swiss Alps, Geneva and Zürich are dream destinations for those looking for a winter wonderland escape of skiing or snowboarding in the magnificent mountains. They’re also bustling cosmopolitan cities, famous for their vibrant cultures, buzzing restaurant scenes and magical Christmas markets. easyJet’s new flight routes from London Stansted to Geneva and Zürich will operate twice weekly from 16 December 2023.
New routes spring into life at Stansted
Departure boards across Stansted have begun to light up with a plethora of new routes across Europe. From March 2023, passengers can enjoy new routes to Newquay, Bergen, Athens, Rome, Belfast, Edinburgh, Asturias, Klagenfurt, and Leipzig. Additionally, Emirates will begin operating two daily flights to Dubai.
New Norway routes put fjords within easy reach
Starting March 2023, you’ll be able to enjoy two flights a week to Norway's famous fjords as Widerøe announce their new route between London Stansted to Bergen, offering travellers from London and the East of England easy access to Norway's iconic west coast and beyond.
Emirates to resume twice daily flight to Dubai
We’re pleased to announce that Emirates will resume its second daily service to Dubai, providing direct access to Dubai itself as well as convenient connection times to additional destinations across the airline’s global network like Brisbane, Seychelles, Bali, Singapore, and Bangkok from May 2023.
Corsican Places launches flights to Calvi and Ajaccio
Corsican Places has announced new flight services to Calvi and Ajaccio, offering weekly Sunday departures with Air Corsica from 15 May to 25 September 2022. Famed for beaches that rival the Caribbean, Corsica is unspoilt and less developed than more well-known Mediterranean destinations.
Jet2.com launches new route to Jersey for summer 2021
Jet2.com has announced a brand-new route to Jersey from London Stansted Airport for summer 2021. From 22 May through to 25 September, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will operate flights and holidays. Two weekly services every Tuesday and Saturday will gives holidaymakers plenty of choice for exploring the largest of the Channel Islands.
Air Senegal announces new route to Dakar from 26th June 2020
The new route announced in February will be the first ever Air Senegal service in the UK. The route will benefit 400,000 guest who travel indirectly to Dakar from other UK airports.
Air India announces new route to Mumbai
The new route announced in February will be London Stansted Airport’s first direct link to India’s largest city. The new route will fly three times a week.
London Stansted celebrates its first long-haul flight to India
The new three-times a week service, operated by Air India, offers either business or economy class and is the only direct service between London and Amritsar. It is the first ever scheduled service from London Stansted to India.
TUI announces new routes for 2020
TUI have announced their biggest ever holiday programme with two brand-new destinations; Skiathos and Enfidha. Both new routes will operate on Fridays.
Laudamotion launches route to Vienna
Laudamotion has announced a new twice-daily route from London Stansted Airport to Vienna, recently named the world’s most ‘livable city’.
