Harris + Hoole uses the highest-grade coffee beans on the high street, and works with award-winning roastery Union Hand Roasted to source its beans directly from the farmer, typically paying two- to three-times as much for them as other high street coffee chains.

It also uses some of the highest spec equipment in the market, from grinders to brewers to competition-grade espresso machines.
