How do I know that my booking has been accepted?

Once you’ve completed the booking process, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. 

I'm travelling with family, can we all use the service?

Yes, Passport Control FastTrack is a great time-saver for families. Each passenger will need to purchase a pass, including children. Please note that this service is not suitable for infants under three years old - you'll be automatically directed to the assistance lane so do not need to book FastTrack. 

Can I book on the day of arrival, in advance, amend or cancel?

Yes, you can book FastTrack on the day and up to 12 months in advance, subject to availability. This service is popular, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!

Passport Control FastTrack is non-refundable and cannot be amended or transferred to another date.

Is the service ever cancelled?

In rare cases where operational circumstances require us to cancel the FastTrack service, we'll provide a full refund.

However, if there's no queue in the standard lanes, you don't get a refund in this situation.

Who is eligible for Passport Control FastTrack?

Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. Please note that FastTrack is not available for passengers arriving from Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. You can purchase a maximum of 9 passes per booking.

Why is Passport Control FastTrack best for hand luggage only?

When you travel with hand luggage only, passport control is your final step before leaving the airport. You can skip baggage reclaim entirely. A FastTrack pass helps you move through passport control quickly, getting you on your way faster without the wait in standard queues.

Where do I go after disembarking?

Follow the signs to Passport Control, Arrivals, or Baggage Reclaim. The FastTrack lane will be clearly marked at Passport Control.

What if my flight is delayed?

If delayed, access to the Passport Control FastTrack lane isn't guaranteed. This decision is at the airport's discretion and depends on passenger volume.

Does FastTrack skip passport and border checks?

No. All mandatory passport and border control checks still apply. FastTrack only speeds up queue times.

Do non-EU citizens still need landing cards?

Yes. Border control processes remain the same for all FastTrack passengers.
