Byelaws

On entering the London Stansted Airport site, Byelaws specific to London Stansted Airport must be adhered to or the individual could face a fine or be removed from the site.

The Byelaws came into effect on December 1996 after confirmation by the Secretary of State for Transport and can be found here.

Injunction

On 5 July 2024 the High Court granted us an injunction, which prohibits anyone from entering, occupying or remaining on London Stansted Airport in connection with the Just Stop Oil campaign (or any other environmental campaign) without our permission.

Anyone breaching the injunction might be imprisoned for up to 2 years, fined and / or have their assets seized for contempt of court.
