This is our premium service. It's been designed to offer the fastest, most direct route through the airport. What's the difference between Security FastTrack and Security FastTrack Plus?
Security FastTrack provides access to a dedicated security lane. Once through, you'll enter the main departures area, which includes walking through the duty-free shops to reach your gate. You could walk through quickly, but the path still takes you through the retail area.
Security FastTrack Plus offers everything FastTrack does, plus access to an uninterrupted route that completely bypasses the duty-free retail area. You'll be able to head straight from security to your gates. This offers the fastest and most streamlined journey, perfect for business travellers and frequent flyers when every minute counts.

How do I know that my booking has been accepted?
Once you’ve completed the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it in your inbox, please double check your junk folder.
I'm travelling with my family, can we all use the service?
Security and Passport Control FastTrack are great time savers for families. For each service, every passenger will need to purchase a pass, including children. Please note that these services are not suitable for infants under three years old - you'll be automatically directed to the assistance lane at Security so do not need to book a Security FastTrack pass.
How far in advance am I able to book?
You can book FastTrack up to 12 months in advance, subject to availability.
Can I book Passport Control FastTrack on the day of arrival?
Yes, you can book anytime before arrival, subject to availability. However as this is a popular service, we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Is the service ever cancelled?
There may be exceptional operational circumstances that may require us to cancel the service and in this case we will give you a full refund.
Why use Passport Control FastTrack?
We know that as soon as you land, you want to get home as quickly as possible. A FastTrack pass guarantees you the shortest wait time possible - you’ll be through Passport Control in no time.
Who is eligible for Passport Control FastTrack?
Bookings must be made by someone over the age of 18. The service is not available to passengers arriving from Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. A maximum of 9 passes can be purchased per booking.
Why is Passport Control FastTrack more suited to those travelling without checked-in luggage?
Travelling without checked-in luggage is convenient and easy. Without having to wait at Baggage Reclaim, Passport Control is your last stop before your onward journey. You can speed up this last step with a FastTrack pass and fly through the queues.
Where do I go once I've disembarked from my aircraft?
Simply follow the signs to Passport Control, Arrivals or Baggage Reclaim and on arrival at Passport Control the FastTrack lane will be highlighted.
What happens if my flight is late and I arrive during a different hour - will I still be able to use FastTrack?
If you are delayed we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Passport Control FastTrack lane. This will be at the airport’s discretion and will depend on whether the total number of passengers expected during that period has been exceeded.
I purchased Passport Control FastTrack prior to my flight; however, when I arrived to the passport control area there was no queue in the standard lanes - can I get a refund?
There is no refund available in this case.
Does this service allow me to skip the passport checks and the border control?
No, the border and passport control checks are mandatory.
I am a non-EU citizen. Do I still need to fill out a landing card?
Yes, the border controls and process remain exactly the same for Passport Control FastTrack lane passengers.
Can I transfer or cancel my FastTrack booking to another date?
No, sorry. Both Passport Control FastTrack and Security FastTrack are non-refundable and can't be amended.
